To aid in the effort to combat the on-going COVID-19 pandemic, National Labs offers a full-service package that includes both front-end specimen collection as well as back-end testing support, all by a state-of-the-art lab using the most current technology and methods.
Partnering with counties, public health departments, hospitals, clinics, businesses, schools, and long term care facilities, we use the RT-PCR testing method under EUA (emergency use authorization) based on anterior nares, nasopharyngeal and saliva specimen types. We also look at 3 genetic markers, instead of just 2, which can capture known COVID variants while eliminating concern over false negatives.

What does FREE testing mean, and do I qualify?
National Labs uses your health insurance information or state-confirmed uninsured status to receive payment for your Covid testing. There is no out-of-pocket cost if you provide active and valid health insurance information and/or confirm your uninsured status during registration. You will need to bring your credit card for proof at the time of testing.

What if I don’t have any Health Insurance?
If you are confirmed to be uninsured, your Covid testing will be of no out-of-pocket cost. If it is determined that you have insurance, we will use this information to bill for your test. You will need to consent at the time of testing that any found insurance information can be used.

I don’t want to provide Health Insurance. Can I still test?
Of course, we welcome your testing, and you can register by providing your complete credit card payment at the testing time. You will need to bring your credit card used for payment with you to the site for us to confirm your payment.

Description: Designed to detect the virus that causes Covid-19 in respiratory specimens for nasal or oral swabs.

Price: We bill health plan or government $100 to $200 depending on the plan. Zero out-of-pocket patient responsibility is expected for medically appropriate testing ordered by an authorized provider.
